Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Jessica, our Founder and CEO, brings deep frontline expertise from her years as a NICU nurse at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida, and as an ER registered nurse. This hands-on experience gives her a clear understanding of the real-world needs in hospitals and VA facilities, from life-saving medical supplies to everyday operational essentials. She later became a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Florida, specializing in faith-based counseling as a Christian therapist. Her work helping couples rebuild marriages through compassion, active listening, and grace now infuses the company with the same values: empathy, integrity, and genuine partnership.

Doug, our minority owner and Chief Strategy Officer, brings over 25 years of experience in financial services. He holds the CFP®, CFS®, and CRPC® designations. His expertise in ethical financial practice and stewardship shapes our dedication to fiscal responsibility, smart sourcing, and safeguarding government budgets from waste or misuse.
